payment-- you agree that the funds provided are sufficient
any insufficient funds will result in an additional
$20.00 (minimum) charge to your account

cancellation/rescheduling-- Fairweather Faces, Inc. strives to maintain
excellence in all client services. Therefore, we require notice of
(cancellation/rescheduling) 72 hours prior to service time.
Any notice thereafter will result in a fee that must be paid in full
prior to your next appointment.
